I received a referral for my son back in October 2020. I was told that they would give me a call to set up an appointment. I waited no phone call so I called them. I was told that they could not find his referral that I know was sent to them because I sat there and watched the receptionist at my son's doctor's office send it. They sent me an email for a new patient form to fill out and send back I was told that the lady who handles all this stuff was out for her wedding and I would have to wait for her to get back to give me a phone call. I waited still no phone call. So I called them back again now it's January 2021 and I'm told that they do not accept my insurance even though I have went through all this with more than one person. I'm pretty sure that the staff and everybody is friendly there but it took you three months to tell me you don't accept my insurance. I have therapists and a school that is waiting on these test results that my son is supposed to be having. Hopefully they can tighten up their skills a little bit so this doesn't happen to the next person. My advice to you is to make sure that they accept your insurance ask the manager.

I was able to speak with a BCBA upon my initial call regarding their early intervention center Petit Sprouts. I was scheduled for a tour with one of the owners the following day. Rebecca was very nice, knowledgeable and took the time to sit down and discuss my child’s needs during my tour.

From the moment I walked into bloom, I felt like my child and my family were welcomed with open arms. We didn't know what ABA was until our diagnosis. We have been amazed by the progress our child made and how caring and knowledgeable everyone has been. The therapists and everyone here have been such a blessing to our family.
