Spectrum realty has been super helpful in renting my apartment. The process of viewing the apartments was really easy and the staff off of old Saint Augustine Road were helpful, friendly and quick to respond. Today during key pick up I had an issue with clay electric and Megan was super helpful and patient throughout and explained the portal to me thoroughly. I would definitely recommend to a friends.
