Working with Tracey and Trey has been such an amazing process. I was able to sell my house quickly, for a competitive price, and only had to deal with 1 point of contact (Tracey). My experience with Trace Potter has been one of truthfulness, professionalism, responsibility, and yes even friendship, that developed over the time it took to get through my process. My house was going into foreclosure was days away from public auction , Trace Potter did a lot of leg work for me that I could not do or even get answers for.
