I rented a home in 2016 and 2017 from SJP. i reported a leaky roof and flooding kitchen sink and broken window. none of them ever got fixed for over a year. Also, when i moved, despite giving 60 days notice, no one was available for my exiting inspection or would even answer their phone or email! I talked to one of their former employees who said they quit because of the way they treat their customers. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from them. Do not be fooled: they were very polite to my face and on the phone but failed to uphold their landlord duties the whole year.
