I keep calling the office on the weekdays nobody's there and when you go down to the office in the complex there's nobody there even though they say they're open they're closed and there's no other number to get ahold of anybody so if you're looking for an apartment it's not there

I moved out in September or 2020. I completed a housing application in March of 2021 and it was denied because I "owe" this apartment complex money. I sent an email with my forwarding address and even paid a bill from them that had my new information on it so I was extremely confused as to how I wasn't notified about owing money. I called, left voice-mails, sent emails and couldn't get an answer. When someone did answer the phone they said they'd call me back and never did. I live in LA now and had a friend of mines go up to the office to try and get documentation for me, the office told him they'd email me and of course they didn't. While on a trip to Jacksonville I went up there, called while outside and was told they'd call me back after they were done with their meeting. I sat outside and watched the "meeting" leave and no call. I sat out front (because they wouldn't answer the door) and the lady came out saying I'd have to wait for her to come back from lunch. I waited. 15mins after she came back she said that I was being charged over $300 in cleaning fees. I asked to see documentation and she said it'll be mailed out, that was 3 weeks ago, still nothing, no call or email either.
