        Profound lack of communication - on average the wait time for an email response about two months (multiple instances to prove it!)- and that is if you get a response at all. Money sent to them via certified mail for replacement Gate cards has been signed for by a staff member and then disappeared twice. If by some miracle you can get someone on the phone to speak to, they are combative, unhelpful, and condescending. I work in property management myself and find it hard to understand how these people are in business. MUCH BETTER HOA MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OUT THERE
