Hillwood Pointe Apartments

The upgrade in the apartments are great and the staff in the office was amazing she is very nice and super professional, she is an amazing addition.

I give it one star because I have been a resident since 2022 but currently I feel dissatisfied and uneasy since the new administrator disturbs our peace of mind and is pending everything. I cannot receive visitors because she says that I must inform the office.

Hello everyone I moved to Hillwood pointe apartments 04/1/2022 and at first it was a lot going on with the community a lot of drama a lot of the Managers couldnt handle it alot of things Not getting Fixed a lot Of Unwanted guess !! But than that (Change) Ms Jennifer New apartment Manager came out here in within no time she (Cleaned) it up I mean Cleaned up everything from the PRESSURER washing to the Lights to the drama No drugs even the unwanted guess no longer a problem No nothing but Peace in Quiet I mean she has been doing a Phenomenal Job Having Ms Jennifer was the Best thing that ever Happened to Hillwood Pointe Apartments if you looking for a New Place to Call home or Even a Manager that Cares talk to Ms Jennifer she make sure she take care of this Community & her Residence Are her Main Priority The Maintenance guys are almost and they Care too I Love it here I feel safe its Quiet Clean Afforble ETC If you dont Believe me stop by the front office and see for your self !!

The apartments have been renovated however the leasing office lady is a menace. She is a bully. She patrols the community as if she owns it and attempts to invade the residents privacy. She makes up rules that are not listed in the lease and makes it a very tense environment to live in. The apartments have roaches and structural issues. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing. The apartments don't have any Perks and she acts as if it's luxury living. No trash pick up, no security alarms in apartments, no gym and the pool is gross.These are not section 8 she can not just do random inspections and violate tenants rights and their lease. She is also a tenant and doesn't have ppl invading her space. It's like living in a prison that you pay over priced rent for to be monitored and recorded by the bully leasing lady. Jenniffer needs to be fired.

Theyre supposed to be open on saturdays and theyre not. We have an emergency maintenance issue
