These clowns have allowed my 87 year old disabled Mother to run out of gas 3 times, all during the winter, and as recently as 1/2/2024! She is supposed to be on a monitoring and automatic delivery program and I was assured last time this happened it would not happen again but it DID!!. Heartbreaking when you receive a call from your Mother @ 4 in the morning crying because she is cold since her furnace runs on propane!! The local office insulates itself from any customer contact as all calls are handled by a call center in Pakistan or India........good luck communicating with reps who can barely speak English !! Yes, they also tried to charge a $140 leak check fee even though it was their fault the tank ran dry. I was told they no longer relight the pilot lights so I had to pay someone else to do so!! In addition, they no longer allow customers to walk into their local office so the hell with contact and relationships with their local customers because they don't want to be bothered! They don't deserve anyone's business so avoid them if at all possible!! I have just begun !!!

This company will nickel and dime you to death. My local company got bought by Amerigas so by default I became a customer. If you don’t have regular refills they hit you with a Leak check fee of $140+, they chagrge a deliver fee when you order a refill, if you have tanks that get swapped out they charge you$75+ to relight the pilot light, if you cancel the service they charge you$199+ to pick up the tank… the leak check fee is more than a full refill on the tank!!! They ARE NOT Better Business Bureau accredited, and there is a reason why. Save yourself the grief I have experienced and just call someone else!

I am on automated I’ll with this gas company. They continue to let my gas tank deplete to zero. Then when I call them and tell them that I am in automatic refill and reiterate that I am not supposed to be charged a connecting fee as well as a display fee, they still charge me!! I can not stand the company nor can I stand the hours that I spend on the phone trying to fix a simple solution!! Will never recommend anyone to this God awful company!!! They don’t even deserve a One star

Customer service is the WORST! Scheduled delivery, Received text later that day that Driver could not find tank. Called customer service again. 17 minutes later , asked for a Manager....No Response...
