        I had this company come out for a hot water heater repair after seeing all 5 star reviews. The technician was professional, courteous, and had the problem solved in no time. Also, he did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. I will not hesitate to call this company again in the future.

        Horrible customer services. They don’t care about new clients. I’m a contractor and got the run around for 2 days trying to get them to do a job for me. They give a bunch of excuses...like: “please send us pictures of the job” - of a simple shower pan! Really! A professional plumber needs pictures of that! Then: “ oh, we have no internet to see your pictures. Call us back another time. They have no customer service what so ever! I do not recommend this company at all!
