Al's Pizza

Had a build your own pizza with no cheese. The sauce and crust was excellent. Service was quite slow but very kind. Sorry to hear that it was their last day in business but I will continue to frequent the other locations when I am in town.

Al's delivery service is the absolute worst. When your online pizza order doesn't arrive after almost 1-1/2 hours (3 times in the past 6 months), they tell you to contact Zuppler, which runs their online site, because they don't refund "third party orders." So they can take your money from Zuppler, but won't give it back. First I gave up on the Mandarin location (now closed), but I wanted to give Baymeadows a try. Never again.

Went for a family dinner(me,hubs,3 kids), on Saturday night. We had Chloe as our waitress, and she was just great! Very sweet and welcoming and attentive. The food was on point, not 1 issue from appetizer, entrees, to dessert. Highly recommend. The restaurant itself was very clean and all the staff we interacted with was very pleasant. It's been a long time since weve eaten out and not had any complaints with the attitudes of wait staff. We are all full and happy! Thank you Al's for an enjoyable evening out with our family.
