Sekine Rasner and Brock MD PA

Doctors are great! Office is poorly managed! In my five years I have been a patient I have experienced long delays in scheduling, routinely cancelled or rescheduled appointments and long, LONG wait times in the waiting room. After today's visit, I finally have decided to find a new doctor. I made my appointment for October in July....yes, July. Appointments are made several months out especially if you do not want to make multiple trips for different appointments. I got the first call to reschedule in late September, splitting my appointment into two different appointments and delayed by 3 weeks. Got my second call to reschedule one of the appointments last week ...rescheduled to the first week in December. Showed up today for the appointment that was kept 15 min prior to appointment time. One hour later I asked the front desk satff if I needed to reschedule...she said I was next and would not be much longer. 15 minutes later (one hour past my appointment time) I left. DO NOT go here if you dont have extra time for frequent rescheduling and wait times in excess of one hour.

Dr Brock is the best! She is patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and will take the time to make sure your questions are answered vs rushing you out. She delivered both my kids and I feel very lucky to have her as my doc! I have also seen Dr Rasner and he is great as well! This is a great practice, highly recommended!
