If you’re anyone who moves their body regularly for either their vocation or as a means to keep yourself healthy Jen understands what’s needed to not only rehab your body from but also prevent future injuries. She has beyond expert knowledge that anyone, no matter what their background, can benefit from. Do not pass go, do not collect $200, go straight to Jen and get yourself back on track towards health. 👍
