        First impressions are important. Front desk representative was unprofessional and unpleasant. Doctor and nurse care was much better.

        I have tried to call to make an appt for three days in a row and he phone just rings, calling several times each day. Is there another phone number? I work and can not come in to schedule an appt.

        The ophthalmologist (Dr. Hoffman) was wonderful! He was very friendly, upbeat and an amazing teacher. The staff, on the other hand was the exact opposite. I don’t think they smiled once, especially the receptionist... very incongruent! Hopefully they will either train their staff to be more friendly & thoughtful or hire new office staff.
