Office Depot

I had a bad experience at Office Depot in San Jose store #2119. The general manager and the manager were very rude. This is the worst customer service I've ever had in years. I would not recommend coming here. I plan on sharing to all the homeschool Moms. That do their services there. The general manager pushed a shopping cart so hard where my 3-year-old was standing. The manager who was making the copies her attitude was rude. I will never do business there again.

Had an issue with a laptop I bought at another OD. Hannah listened to the issue and took it to try and fix. Turns out that its probably a warranty HP issue. She went the extra mile to write out what she did and what the suspected issue was, but also gave me the correct number to HP. The previous night I had tried calling the OD 800 number, what a waste of 1 1/2 hrs. Hannah not only was clear and knowledgeable, but she made sure I didnt leave lost and unsure what to do. Fantastic in-store experience!!! Employees like this are hard to find

This Office Depot is horrible I placed an online print job of 40 pages of the same thing and two hours later I come to pick it up and they say it won’t be ready until 7 o’clock at night even though it says free one hour in store pick up then the associate tried to argue with me and show me that it wouldn’t be done till seven even though it said free one hour pick up so I told them to cancel my order and put it back on my card they will not get any of my business if I could give them zero stars I would

I have found Office Depot to be very good on pricing, quality, and service.
