        Ive been a client for this company before and theyve just gone downhill over time. Just a complete scam now, my husband and I were simply getting a mailbox service blindsiding us with a $99 activation fee, never been notified of and once I signed it was too late. I cancelled right after signing as the activation fee was put on the first invoice, the manager Rob mentions the system is automated and now even though the service hasnt started and were not interested theyve put an outstanding balance on our account. Adding late fees to a service we were never provided, charging us for a mailbox we never signed USPS agreement for (federal law) still accruing fees on the invoice while still breaking all these laws. Complete scam of a company.
