Evie Nails

I went to get a pedicure and SNS on my nails. Two or three other ladies arrived after me to get services done as well. The owner asked me if she could help me. I advised her of the services I wanted and she then said something in her language . When I was given my ticket for the services I was told that I had to pick one service because they did not have anyone that could do both services. However, they did not say anything to the ladies who arrived after me. Even if they were getting only one service, the last client who arrived should have been turned away, that way they would have had resources to complete both of my services. Needless to say, I walked out and they have loss a 20 year client.

I am very unhappy with my nails they look really bad an very unprofessional she rushed me out didn't even shape them down they are very uneven an the Acrylic looks like a 5 year old did them I paid a lot of money yesterday I brought 5 people with me for us all to get ready for an event an none of them look good at all I really want to speak with the manager if they would even be willing to fix them ??? Services: Dip powder, Pedicure, Kids' manicures, Manicure, Foot massages, Acrylic nails

I came in today for a pedicure and a manicure. Both were very bad experiences. My nail tech spent my session talking with her friend. Even when she was cutting on my nails and cuticles! The upside, I guess, is that she spent very little time working on my toes and cuticles. Next, I asked her to attend to the cuticles on my nails, (no filing needed), and to give me an American Manicure. She asked two other people what color to use. I told her several times that the color wasn't right. When she finished, my nails were completely covered in a bright opaque white. I asked her to remove the polish and paint my nails with clear. She left white polish around my cuticles and on the end of one of my fingers. Some of the other employees started laughing and saying "American Manicure", "American Manicure". Were they insulting her or me? I don't speak the language. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
