Lily Tran was a great real estate agent and navigated us through a very competitive sellers market. We were frustrated with losing out on several deals, but Lily ultimately helped us to secure our vacation home in Jax. She excels in communication and availability and was quick to schedule same-day virtual tours, which was crucial for us as we were out-of-state buyers and could not always make it to Jax to see homes immediately. Lily also has many connections with various contractors and home repair people. This was a bonus for us as we were new to the area. Highly recommended!

It is our great privilege to have Lily as our realtor finding the right home for us. It is our privilege to have worked with a realtor who always operates with the highest level of integrity, honesty, and knowledge. We said it is our privilege because we will have no hesitation contacting Lily again if we decide to buy or sell. Lily has worked with us since April, 2022 (a little bit over 7 months) before we even completely relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. Whether it was a virtual show or in-person, she made sure it fits our schedule and our needs. She is always up front; making sure that we are aware of the property; providing us the property details such as property taxes, CDD, HOA, etc... Lily Tran is the best realtor an out of state investor can ask for! She came highly recommended by a couple of local investors and definitely lived up to the hype and then some! She is super responsive, in a competitive market today thats super important! Shes very smart and have great relationships with other local agents and understand the market well so shell help put together an offer that would stand out amongst many other competitors. Shes thorough and detail oriented, great communication and patience, she guide us on any questions we have and is generous with her time. Lastly, she is honest and have integrity, she will let you know if a house is not right, instead of just trying to sell whatever is available. I can not recommend her enough, anyone would be lucky to work with her!

Professional Diligent Patience Trustworthy Honest Listener Prompt My husband and I are an out-of-state buyer. Upon our first phone conversation, Lily listened to our concerns to quickly discovered our desires in a home. She was very quick at providing us with the houses we may have interest in, prompt at answering our calls and always amazed us with her professionalism.
