This place is the worst! After buy a new house I bought a new king size bed from these people, and everything seemed great at first. 3 days after my purchase I called to ask why my mattress have not been delivered yet? They respondesd by saying the mattress was damaged in stock. So I had to call them to get this update!!!! So I requested my money back so I can go somewhere else and get proper costumer service. Its been more than a week still haven't gotten any of my money back. These people are thieves. I will never go back to a mattress one in my life!!!!!

Still waiting. Ordered on 7/23, promised on 7/29, and nothing yet on 8/3. The store receives deliveries from the warehouse Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, it's in the warehouse, but my order hasn't found its way onto the truck. Enough with the excuses!
