They did a unbelievable t top, leaning post and swim platform for my boat, they answered all my questions and delivered on time. These things are hard to find in the boating industry.

After 16 months of waiting for Mr. Quinn and Pelagic to complete my cruiser enclosure, I have finally reached then end of my patience. Mr. Quinn and I agreed to as he describes it, a “barter†deal. I traded a Komatsu forklift, a custom 20’ trade show booth, enough stainless steel for Pelagic to fab an in-bed pickup fuel transfer tank and more tools, welding equipment, compressors, cutting torches to stock a startup shop that book value approached $30k, for a simple enclosure for a 32’ Wellcraft cruiser and the fuel tank. That deal was agreed to in September 2017. To date Mr. Quinn and Pelagic have installed a Bimini top that already has holes in it from no reinforcement at high stress areas, eisenglass that has the zippers on the outside the cockpit and leaks, and has not done any more substandard work since. And now the relationship has deteriorated to my writing this review and a pending legal dispute. Further, there are other boater owners at The Marina at Ortega Landing experiencing similar multi-year difficulties with Mr. Quinn and Pelagic. I can’t recommend this vendor because they do not do what they say, they do not communicate with customers, and when questioned, become arrogant and insulting. Further, Mr. Quinn informed me that Pelagic was at risk of closing its operations due to financial constraints and obligations. I find it interesting Pelagic and Mr. Quinn appear to continue to be in business based on this FB page, but can’t honor his word and complete my enclosure. There are better places to seek marine services unless you are someone who thrives on confrontation and poor service. There are perhaps better places to seek boat services
