Being a loyal customer gets you nothing here. I have shopped here for years and until recently I've had zero complaints. But I just bought a set of guide posts for my trailer and was sold a set of mounting brackets that I was told by staff would work. They didn't so I went back to get a refund. I was initially denied because I opened the package, I'm not sure how I was supposed to know they wouldn't work without trying to install them. The manager told me the brackets were only for the posts they sell, I told them they I bought the posts and brackets from them and showed them the receipt. The manager called someone and after said I could get a refund but would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. Why should I have to pay for something they assured would work. I spend about 1000$ a month in this store restoring boats and trailers but never again. This type of thing is what is destroying small businesses, this is probably why they had to close one store already, lack of loyalty to repeat customers. I will take my business to someone else that value my repeat business.

I give one star because they would not let me use my card since the chip in my card was not working i was hoping they would allow me to swipe my card. When she asked me for another card she wouldnt even take the gift card i had. She told me they dont accept gift cards. I ended up having to pay in cash.
