        Steven with Ace Lock and Key installed door locks for our company about 6 years ago. In that time, we lost our user manual and programming code. I called Steven and spoke with him for a few minutes on the phone regarding the issue and any possible solutions. He told me he would look into it, and see if they had written down the master code when it was installed. Within minutes, he found the original documentation and was able to send me the master code and took the time to make sure I was able to reset the locks with it. This is what great customer service looks like. He could have charged us or sent someone out to take a look and fix the issue, but instead, he took his own time to make sure we were taken care of! Great Company. Great Service. Services: Lock repair, Re-key lock
