Chris was so unprofessional and dis-honest, he said he was arriving in 1.5 hours , so I called my cleaning lady to arrive at the same time. and he did not even call me to let me know he had not left yet and he was calling a dis-batch to at least show up to let her in. Then he said he wanted payment up front even though he was not there to complete the job? He he did not know when he was going to arrive there for he was too busy. Please Please do not use this company.. so unprofessional.. beware if they want payment up front without completing the work. Then I called another locksmith who arrived within 20 minutes very professional and half the cost. beware of doing business with them.

Howie is a fantastic locksmith!!! I lost the keys to my POD storage containers and he came out within 20 mins and had those locks off in less than 5 mins. Howie was very friendly and professional. I recommend him for any locksmith service you would need in the future!

We had our rental worked on, and after Electricians, Plumbers, and Painters coming in and out, we decided to go ahead and put new locks on the doors. Two young College girls were moving in and we want all of our Tenants safe and secure at all times! We had hired great reputable companies, but better safe than sorry...right? I called Howie's and he came out that day!!! Within hours of my call to him!! That is amazing to me! He put new locks on the front and back door and was incredibly fast!
