If could give lower than one star, I would. My niece was not allowed to enter the building until we arrived with decorations for our 3:00 scheduled time. However we were rushed out because owner booked a party 30 mins after our 5:30 end time. She then explained that if all items weren't removed from the building 1 min after 6:00 We would lose $100 of our $200 deposit. If that was the case, when the owner saw us frantically trying rush out she should have made that clear. We could have just let her keep the deposit and hire a maid. I love to support black owned businesses however the owner should know how to treat black patrons. I'm highly disappointed and would not recommend renting this establishment
