I paid $125 for a sprinkler tune up and needed 8 sprinkler heads replaced or repaired. That was a second almost $400- THAT was a ripoff but frankly I have never found a sprinkler company here in Jacksonville that wasnt awful. Now I truly didnt expect that my driveway suddenly needed irrigation coverage! These guys installed a 360 degree irrigation head right on the edge of the driveway that beautifully irrigates the driveway right in front of my front door! You are joking, right? Stay away. Gregory and his assistant did a fantastic job tuning my sprinkler system and fixing the heads to ensure full coverage. I would definitely use them again if I need maintenance or service.

I needed help troubleshooting why my pump wouldn't keep prime and why the pressure switch wouldn't turn it on or off. They did literally NOTHING. They started complaining that they didn't have the tools for all the jobs scheduled and they didn't want to have to drive an hour back to the office to get materials. They turned the pump on for 10 seconds and told me the pump was bad, which the pump works fine if they then took the time to prime it and test it....told me I need a new check valve and pump @ $900. These guys didn't want to work; they wanted to sell. DO NOT use this company. I paid them $95 for 30 min of standing around and BS-ing me.

I had them come to inspect my system, they changed 3 sprinkler heads and changed $300. I had 5 working zones when they came, when they left I had 4 working zones. Now the quoted me $800 to rewire the system. Stay far away from this company.
