Emerald Visions Lawn Care, Inc

We have had Emerald Visions for about 6 months now. I am not sure why the bad reviews say its horrible customer service. I have contact information for a few different people within the company and any time I have an Issue I send a text and get responses right away. Anytime there is an issue someone comes out and explains everything to me and how to resolve the issue. This company has been nothing but great. Service: Weed control

I’m starting to notice pattern here and anyone please add to this review if you have noticed the same. I am the only brown face on my block and I contracted Emerald Visions. The guy charged me $95 per treatment. I received a couple of treatments and decided that the rate was too high. I talked to my neighbors about the rate and all said they were being charged $65 or less. I attempted to contact Emerald Visions but you can only contact them by text. I have yet to receive a response. I believe if you are black or brown Emerald Visions does not want your business. Take a look at these reviews and look at the faces of the people that are not receiving response. Just a FYI. Service: Weed control

I’ve been using Emerald Visions Lawn Care for about 2 years. Aside from the occasional comments from neighbors on how good our lawn looks, today I had a question. They came out, looked at our lawn, and spent about 10 minutes explaining what we should be doing. For the first time in nearly 15 years of having an irrigation system, I finally feel like I know exactly what I should be doing and why. Excellent customer service!!
