Unfortunately, you have your facts wrong regarding this incident. The attendant was trying to help you but you would not listen. You placed your card on the dryer and did not remove it. She was letting you know that by doing this, the dryer would remove too much money from your card. You would not listen to her and started becoming aggressive and were yelling at her. (I reviewed the cameras.) Your card fell to the floor after you dropped it. You were very rude and aggressive towards the attendant. (The cameras don't lie). My advice to you is that when somebody is trying to help you, take a moment, be kind and try to listen. You might learn something. Lastly, you admitted in your review that you spoke to my employee like she was an animal. I don't know where you come from, but I have been taught to never speak to any other human being as an animal. I think you need to take a good long hard look in the mirror and and have a talk with yourself about how you speak to people. Oh, and by the way... until you have that conversation, please, never own a pet. (A goldfish might be ok. They can't hear anything you say because they are under water)
