Couldn’t find anyone to do my yard. No one would show up. I called Lou and he had someone there in less than 30 minutes! Couldn’t ask for better.

He said he would start at 8am, at 830 I sent a txt to confirm that he to see if he was still plain ok ng on doing the job. He told me he had to pick up the sod. At 1015 I called him and he told me he is still waiting in the sod to be delivered. He made no attempt to contact me with when he can start to work. I understand there can be delays, but lack of communication is unprofessional.
