Got my wife's engagement ring about 4 years ago when they were at the Fleming Island location wonderful people to do business with. I posted a picture along with the review do u can see how prefect the custom ring was. Free regular cleanings are just a bonus with this top of the line jeweler! Ty

Bobby, Susie, Kevin and everyone at JRoberts was wonderful to do business with. When you are looking for new jewelry, repairs or appraisals this is the place to go. They bent over backwards to find something for me. Repairs are A+ as are the appraisals. It doesn't take weeks for something to get done. Please consider shopping here before anywhere else. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a watch as a birthday present for my wife at JRoberts Fine Jewelry. I had shopped at a few different stores before going into JRoberts, but I notice an immediate contrast in the atmosphere and attitude of the employees. Everyone that was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, as I hadn't the foggiest idea of how to pick out jewelry. They had a diverse selection and were able to help me find a watch that has become my wife's "favorite birthday present ever". If you are in the market for jewelry, I definitely recommend going by to browse and see what they have.
