        Not sure of the ladys name but. I was in there first thing in the morning to have my necklace cleaned ...she stopped what she was doing and did an amazing job ...i highly recommend this jewelry store just for the customer service alone ...still wish Mama was around ...excellent job ladys

        Me and and my husband had a terrible experience with Karen. She was rude and little quiet not as customer service she had. Far as I know we went to Kay’s, they helped us with different options and we made a Great purchase.
