It was a typical Hibachi steakhouse. It was a great experience but I wouldn't say it stood out as a unique experience compared to its rivals.

Food was flavorless and small portions. I found spectacles in my cup for it was dirty an asked for a new clean or plastic cup. They gave me a plastic cup but another glass cup with the same drink in it. I asked can I get alcohol instead and she told me no. I said is this a joke and she said let me see your id and I said ok and she showed it to another employee and asked when's my birthday. So I snatched my id and left. So nasty and rude. Wait it gets better the lady said you need to pay. I looked at her and left.

First, I am not local to Jacksonville, Fl and saw this restaurant looked good from the road, I pulled in thinking it will be a wait. My Shock there were no cars in the parking lot, this should have been my first clue! I proceeded inside where I ordered a chicken and shrimp combination with fried rice and vegis, with soup and salad w/ginger house dressing. It was pricy. I thought this better be worth the price. I asked the hostess why no customers she said, "I don't know, we are normally busier than this." I came back to my hotel and was met with a generous portion of rice, which was very bland, hardly any vegis and the chicken and shrimp tasted funny, them I had a sip of the soup and it was so salty I wouldn't take another sip. The ginger dressing tasted pretty bland with a funky twang. THEN half and hour after I ate I WAS VIOLENTLY SICK! Today I called and made a complaint with the Health Dept and was told I was not the only complaint and the previous complaint and inspection lead to numerous violations. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you want to get ripped off and get SICK as well!
