Edit: first trip i left 5 stars, this second and last trip i had to reduce it. I don't eat a lot in one sitting. I can't. So other buffet places will let me get a to-go box, fill it up, weigh it and pay (or add it to our bill) this way my husband can pig out and i don't have to waste money when I don't eat much. The first time we came i didn't ask for the box this time we did and the owner said no. When my husband started to fuss a little I threw my hands up and said don't worry about it, I'll pay $19 for my 3 bites and gripe about it later. The owner agreed that i shouldn't pay that price if i wasn't very hungry. So he's semi reasonable- he let me sit with my husband and drink a coke while my husband made a few trips to the buffet. They expected me to do my to-go box after my husband finished but I was starving at that point and didn't want to eat my food in my truck. Personally just don't think you're losing money or wasting food if i eat my box at the table or in the parking lot but that's the rules. Oh well. --------------- We were on this side of town house sitting, looking for something cheap but filling. But dang¡ We did not expect to replace our favorite Chinese buffet! We live in OP and typically hit up Orange buffet for this kind of meal but Osaka is definitely worth the 10-15 minute hike across the Buckman! My husband said the crab was the best buffet crab he's had. I loved the sushi selection. There is hibachi it's just hidden in the back. Lunch prices are where it's at!! The shopping center is run down and made me nervous about the quality but this is truly a hidden gem

This place used to be good, but not anymore. Just a huge disappointment of OLD food that has been sitting there all day....even the sushi!! Very few choices and did not even have the staples like eggdrop soup. The cost was 18.99 a person. I used to love it. So sad. Don't waste your money!
