Answered an email survey and within a hour a man called me from the branch raising his voice and long story short called me a liar.All of this from simply trying to deposit a check...very strange behavior.

Am very disappointed that the bank took 507$ from my account due to an online purchase that was done by a fraudulent company and with me providing evidences and reporting 3 times the bank still accepted the no evidence fraud thefting company which used a 3 rd international money transfer company to steel peoples money through unconfirmed and Unsubmitted orders .. that fraudulent company gave no evidence that this order was sent or finished .. they just took my card and created the site in a develish way to just take peoples cards and charge them for a transaction that never was finished via an email or text or online submission the bank choose to accept this silly transaction even after me explaining right away in the same time it happened that it was a fraudulent company and I explained that on the phone and they told me it will be disputed.. they did dispute it but then after a month and a half they sent a letter stating it will be withdrawn from me again !!!!!!! I did report and explained again how disturbing it was and made me lose 3 days of my job to keep it from happening.. I banked with them for 8 years and I am very responsible and responsive of all my business the fraudulent company was from a different country and used an American wired money transfer company !!!! I will go bank somewhere else soon bec am very hurt and hate to feel like this and give up with it !!!!!!! The bankers told me oh you should be fine and I trusted them but not any more this is very silly and whats more silly is to accept this as is !

Normal modern bank. It's people live off of usury....seems like they could afford a window cleaning.

One of the worst locations in Jacksonville. Ive been waiting for hours just to open a safety deposit box, which is a simple process. They are slowwwwww and incompetent. Find another location.
