We had property listed by owner for several months, when another realtor contacted us and wanted us to list with them, stating they had buyers!. We listed with them and had to leave our property several times on weekends so they could show it. No one ever showed up!. Then we cancelled the listing with that realtor and went back to owner seller. Again we were contacted by Little Pink Houses of American. They stated they could sell it within 30 days. Jeff was assigned to us and he worked extremely hard to sell this property for us. Sure enough within 30 days it was SOLD. We could not have been more happier with the sale of our property. Closing was fast and easy. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

Use a realtor! DO NOT USE THEM! Said they where going to do something and didn't! STAY AWAY!

If you're selling a home and these people come around, throw them out as far as you can. This does NOT benefit the seller as they tout and in fact I lost money. Money that was promised reimbursement should their chosen 'buyer' opt out of the deal. The buyer trashed the house, made off with appliances and not only didn't clean anything, they were downright dirty people. Then, the promises start getting broken.... no restoration to 'before occupancy' conditions, no reimbursement for affixed properties or appliances. We were scammed by the Greenville, NC outfit led by some guy named Austin. Seriously. Run the opposite direction unless you're a would-be buyer and want to make out well on a welch cuz he didn't even know they were gone much less try to find them and get our property returned
