So my family has been with Allstate for over 45 years . We have seen many people come and go in this time. I myself have been with this particular agency for 27 years. I normally do autopay and never have direct contact with anyone. Some events have brought me to actually having to speak with someone down there. I got the pleasure of speaking with Ocean. She is wonderful. She has went above and beyond to help me.
