There has been major changes/improvements in work place culture in the past few years. I have worked in actuarial for the past 4 years and can see that other employees have been much more empowered to change/shape the company. It has been a really refreshing experience seeing these changes and how various departments working together have turned results around so quickly. I love my job and my managers are extremely fair and easy to work with. I just wanted to comment after seeing the other dated comments which may have been somewhat more valid years ago before new management and new initiatives, but don’t appear appropriate as of now in the workplace by my account. It doesn’t allow me to give 4.5 stars (always room to grow)

Overall good place to work. Company has good management team that came in early 2016. Totally changed the company for the best. Focus is on the customer, innovation and work culture. The people that work here are awesome. We work hard but we have fun too. A lot of people with impressive backgrounds and experiences. Parent company is a fortune 350. You get the small company feel with the big company financial backing. Overall, if you’re competent, have a good attitude and like the insurance business, this is a great place to work.
