    Avoid at all cost since the homeowner insurance will not settle or pay for damages or repairs no claims adjuster or anything else .No tree removal had large oak trees damage house and metal building . After many decade Danny Dupree and his office staff did not care just said to call the insurance company during start of covid shutdown.no help after buying the initial insurance policy from his father Duke Dupree no loyalty after two generations or even an offer to help after decades paying for policies and no claim on the property insurance by me gets worse the homeowner policy cancelled me without paying one cent here is the real fraud in insurance by insurance companies. Total unprofessional insurance Agency .

    This office has been hit with illness and staffing problems from people being out and the remaining staff is overworked. I finally got in touch with Pam today and she said they hired two new people. Pam has helped us for years and she is a top notch agent, but has been overwhelmed with their new circumstances, mainly Covid related. Pam gets a 5. I had been trying to reach them for five days. Multiple phone calls multiple emails. I left a scathing review which I am now modifying, because all of us are in weird circumstances right now. Part of was concerned because they were a top-notch company and I kept wondering if theres illness or sickness in the family. They have been insuring us for 46 years and this is new. Please encourage everyone you know to get vaccinated and wear an N95 mask, so that we can start having normal services again. Emails are best. Please policy number, phone ad mailing address.

    I am a business owner that needs the certificate of insurance sent out to my builders every 6 months upon renewal of the policy. This agency is hard to reach, unless you walk in person if they are opened which is different than posted operating hours. Most of the time they dont answer the phone, they never call back if you leave a message. They never respond to the emails. The agency used to be a top notch 3 years ago, now they are garbage. Every time past few years I have my contractors put a pay hold on my payables because I cant get dupree agent send the certificates of insurance unless I knock on their door in person and physically wait until email is sent. I carry workers comp and liability insurance with 2 other agencies and never have to even ask them to send renewals. They do it automatically a couple weeks prior to renewal. People beware this case is bad but not an emergency that you have to get your agent to help like in the accident. I am an accident free driver for 23 years and have bumps on my back from thinking what kind of help I will get from those clowns if something happens on the road.

    I have never dealt with a more incompetent office than this one. We have been dealing with this office for two months to get personal matters taken care of and names switched on policies and they clearly have no idea what they are doing. We have received NUMEROUS conflicting statements and no one can tell us why, we have received NO information about our policy, we have had nothing but issues. We requested it be sent to our current agent who after 15 years I have had ZERO issues with and this office cant even seem to figure out how to complete any task. I cannot even begin to imagine the lack of customer service their current customers receive. I can almost guarantee that the 5 star ratings are spouses and family members who want to give this office a good name. If youre looking for a group who could care less if you as the PAYING CUSTOMER know what is going on then this is the office for you.
