Connie Doyle - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have had State Farm policies in three States for over 20 years and can only say they are not consistent nor generally set up to coordinate across different agencies. Sure each state has different insurance regulations but this refers to their ability to answer questions and get away from the independent agency attitude. They generally require very deliberate questions and the ability to overlook the fact that any one person may not know all the answers and you have to keep digging. All the agency's staff are very responsive, however this 5 star review is specifically for Jana in this office. She actually answers a questions without raising more questions. She is not condescending when answering questions, doesn't act like you are trying to misrepresent an insurance situation, actually gets to the core of your insurance needs and works to lower your cost. As to the greater overall company, we had a significant auto claim and liability case some years back and it was handled without an issue. If you (can) take advantage of the various multi and safe driver discount programs, the rates are more than competitive. The billing is all done centrally, reflects the independence of each agency, and seems a little clunky.

Horrible, Horrible insurance office! Extremely rude, talked down, not helpful and snarky. I have never had such poor customer service.
