My experience was unfortunately not positive today. I had poor service from the lady who does notary work. We didn't have all of the 75 pages of the document so she advised she couldn't notarize the signature page. The way she approached my wife and I was like it was a great inconvenience and she had very unpleasant approach. When you deal with the public you at least listen to them and use empathy. You can get your point across without the attitude which aggrevated me. Hopefully her mannerisms aren't like this on a regular basis. We will not return as I do have that option.

I was having all kinds of problems on this day, and I was not prepared to give info to Christina to speed my return. Christina is the most patient lady ... so kind, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. As a Senior, I'm not really "up" on all the tech stuff. Christina made it look so easy. And I appreciate not being made to look stupid. Thank you, Christina, for all your help that frustrating day!

Been here before and had a good experience. However, today apparently was a bad day for the manager who was just out right rude. She would not even scan the return barcode, incorrectly stated there would be shipping charges: on a free Amazon return, and then tried to tell us they never ship returns for free or box them. She must have lost her mind, because I have made 2 returns to Amazon in the last 3 months, which were dropped off, packaged and shipped, by UPS, handed directly TO HER!.
