The management here is totally incompetent! In their reply to me they even have the room number wrong! And they still are refusing to fix their chirping smoke alarm!! Wow!! Better business Bureau Here I come City of Jacksonville and any and all city offices I can reach and submit documents and videos to.

I stayed on the night of the 28th of February We arrived at the hotel around 8 pm when we were attended by a receptionist who showed no interest in hosting us. he put me in a dirty room, with cold water, dirty bedding! it looked like a ghost hotel!! I tried to complain at the reception but they had already closed, they left a phone number for emergency, but when I called no one answered! I do not recommend!! horrible, terrible!!! dangerous !!! looks like a hotel from a horror movie!!

Completely misleading place compared to what was initially shown through pictures and opposite from what was described via what they they offer. No tvs in ANY of the rooms and no wifi as also stated by management on duty when asked about it. Tv was replaced with a huge painting. No bathroom door, filthy bedding sheets as well as mystery stains on chair in room. The bathroom as well had some mold on side crevices and the tub was filthy. No internet as well. I booked for 4 nights initially but refuse to stay for even one night with my special needs son due to condition of the room. I didn't even trust the beds to be honest. Wouldn't be surprised if there were bedbugs at that point...
