Action Inspections did an inspection in July ’19 on a house we were in the process of purchasing. The home inspection was done very quickly - we had the necessary paperwork emailed to us within 4 days from the time I called. David communicated with us clearly and professionally on what he was going to do, and after the inspection he took time to explain in detail what he found. He also traveled a good distance to do the inspection as our house was over an hour from his business. Working with a trustworthy company was a blessing; it gave us additional peace of mind. We can appreciate all the behind-the-scenes work it takes to run a small family business; David goes the extra mile for sure.
