Allowed us to pick his brain about the property while explaining in detail what he was looking for and why it would matter. The Wilson's were a pleasure to work with. I had an unexpected (lead base paint) inspection needed and they adjusted their times to work with my deadline. They quickly turned around my results and Joe helped me become more knowledgable on the subject of lead based paint. Great people, quality work, easy process. Highly recommended.
