Their service technician Woody Hudson was courteous and professional. He completed the job efficiently with quality workmanship. I highly recommend A1A to service any garage door issue you may have.

While recently preparing for possible hurricane impact, I had questions about how to disengage the overhead garage door system which I had purchased from A1A several years previously. The office staff who fielded my call was nothing short of courteous, patient and most helpful. And after the storm passed, Ryan the installer who originally installed it was sooooo helpful in patiently guiding me via telephone on how to quickly re-engage my system, he was awesome! I must also say that when Ryan w/AIA installed the system initially it was a difficult situation because the then current system had been struck by lightning and failed in a closed mode ( denying access to garage & my car) But Ryan figured out to get inside the garage (the only access was via the garage door) with very minimal impact to the garage door. He then installed a new AIA system. A1A is the best. And they help you after the purchase and installation. Kudos to A1A for its top notch professional and caring staff!

Reckless, aggressive drivers, one of them almost rear-ended me because they were riding so close. Called a week ago, no call back or anything.Woman on the phone sounded like she could have cared less. Let me edit my review. You can say I'm lying all you want, but I'm not. Seems like this wasn't cared about until I left the public review and now I'm being called a liar. Gross

Very impressed with this company. Scheduling was easy. Quick response time and the technician, Hudson, communicated with me to let me know his arrival time. Hudson was professional and explained things about my door that I did not expect ie life expectancy of my springs, rollers and motor. He inspected everything and gave me some tips for maintenance. I would highly recommend using this company.
