Community Hospice & Palliative Care

This is wonderful facility. My mom is in her last few days of living. The nurses and staff do a great job of keeping the patient comfortable and calm. The setting is beautiful, relaxing and calming. If you have the opportunity to have a loved one transferred to this facility I would recommend taking the offer.

I can express in words how greatful I am for the entire staff at Community Hospice. They came along side us in our darkest hour and with caing hearts, help each step of the way. Thank you so very much team Community Hospice. We sincerely value and appreaciate everything you have done for our family!

This place does not deserve a rating at all. Do not bring your loved ones here. They will die a very sad death beyond the one they were probably expecting. My step mother was brought here and my father came back with horror stories every day. The staff was very careless and heartless. My step mom was treated like trash, uncared for and just overly medicated even after we told the staff to half her doses. Just save your self the heart ache this place is disgusting.

Never saw the Doc for the 2 1/2 weeks before they dropped my uncle. Requested Spiritual advisor twice, never responded. Medications were never adjusted to help with crisis. Nurse was wonderful but she was the only thing that was.

Our loved one was admitted with pneumonia and was showing symptoms of "end of life". They treated the pneumonia and kept her calm, peaceful and pain free. The facility is exceptional and the nurses were very nice and compassionate.  They gave us progress reports and what to expect in the coming days/hours. Under the circumstances it was as pleasant of and experience as possible. We thank the staff for their skills, caring, calm demeaner and empathy.
