This is a horrible company and I wouldn't let them keep my dog. The Labor Board investigated them and it was confirmed. They use to be called Rescare but the company name was on record and got in big trouble. They wasn't paying new employees for orientation and the Labor Board got them. Don't work there and don't go there. CNAs and clients stay away from there.

I was an employee there..no hours..managment told me things that wasnt true about hours..and very aggressive when you question. I'm sorry I had to leave because the clients deserve better and I really enjoyed the clients..its so different then the old ResCare home care..

Unprofessional management, sending unqualified so called aides. They are a group of liars these people who send unannounced different people. They do not meet your needs. I am an old lady with oxygen, arthritis, My stomach is in my chest from Hiatal Hernia, I have severe Emphysema, and I am weak, slow and need help. This management sent one good girl, saying she would nit be back until the 30th, I was weary about that,I was not convinced they were not lying, but after the last one they sent, I had too many problems, now they will nit staff me! Good excuse to get out if a lie of the o e to come on the 39th. My legs are now weeping from veinous ulcers,and nurse comes three times a week to change dressings, This made them needed even more,they heard me scream in relentless pain ,but ignored, . The Manager told me they will not a company me to Doctors! To Target ,but not to Doctors, She left when I asked her to help me get dressed for Mayo Clinic, she refused ,her boss talked to me on the phone confirmed it, What was I to do, I was also told his girls cannot ride in Lyft. Here I was, not dressed, ready to. Call for my ride, bandaged painful legs Back pain,soon,pain management, and oxygen.They do not do laundry, it us done by owner of the house, Every two weeks have the house deep cleaned by Happy Maids company. So just take care of me! No, I am at fault ,liars stay away from liars. Want care, look elsewhere, they are fooling the caseworkers and patients. I hope they get shut down, So no other needy people get this so called service ,it is a sham!!! Was notified ,on a Monday morning at 8:51a.m. Lady would be there at 9. A new name. They play games, this happened before without a call, just came to the door. AWFUL COMPANY

They have some really unprofessional people that work for them..They cannot keep staff..My son is total care the last person they sent to my home caught the kitchen on fire trying to lite a Cigarette..That person also stold a lot of my son's nice clothes..I called and ask them do not send her back to my home ,only for thus person to knock on my door the very next day..The person would not use gloves as per precaution As a CNA myself and a tired single Mom I totally aloud the staff to Be free in my home except my Personal Places, and yes that also was invaded..I would never trust anyone from this company to come to my home and take care of a Family Member again..PS They never offered to pay for the damage from the fire or replace anything stolen from my house..Be very careful when choosing someone to care for your loved one..
