Update #1: We are approximately 2 months away from finishing our build. Jose (our Super) and Andrea have been absolutely wonderful. As with all builds, some things are ahead of schedule and others are delayed. We have weekly meetings with them to discuss what is being done with the build and what is coming next. Mike Schmitt has also been a godsend and has spent hours on the phone/email answering all of our questions. I cannot recommend this team enough if you are considering building a new home. I am in the process of building a house with Richmond in this community. I have owned and built houses before and this is by far the most personable, easy and quick process. Andrea is amazing and literally bends over backwards to help. She is always available, always has answers and deals with my constant questions! I couldn't be more happy with Richmond and Andrea!

My wife and I can not imagine there is a better sales agent in Florida. Andrea is a consumate professional. She somehow knows all the ins and outs and everything in between and brings it all to bear for her clients. Our home has been coming along beautifully, smoothly and right on schedule. Andrea has helped us EVERY step of the way. We can't thank her enough for the way she has represented herself and the company and looked out for us. Every call/text answered promptly - even on her days off AND on vacation!! She is, in a word, amazing. I understand there may be some issues with the warranty department but we cannot comment on that first-hand as we have not yet closed on the home. She will be a tough act to follow.. we can only hope they do even half as good a job as Andrea has up to this point. Service: Project management

I am hoping to build my home in this neighborhood soon just waiting for the lot we want to open up :). Andrea is amazing and literally bends over backwards to help my fiancé and I. She is always available and always has answers for my fiancé and his million questions!
