        Went to get my hair dyed dark brown on top and red underneath and came out with blondish brownish red hair on top and brownish red underneath. Payed $81.02 for something that wasnt even anything that i wanted. Trying to get refunded but havent heard anything from corporate yet. I refuse to ever go back. If anyone wants go to to smartstyle go to katie at the one in walmart on san jose. She is amazing and fixed my hair exactly the way i wanted it.

        The hairstylist was EXCELLENT. No complaints on the service. What was unacceptable was mandatory sanitation charge for $3.95 charge. You charge me to clean your place when that is routine for anything that provides service like hair cut. Disappointed Shopstyle management adding ridiculous charges to make more profit. Does not make me feel like returning. Service: Hairstyling
