Top Tier Seamless Gutters, Inc

The Owner of Top Tier Gutters is a dishonest person and does not stand behind his work or commitments. The Owner used parts for our gutter system that he painted, because he ran out of factory colored materials. These pieces are now mostly white, and the rest of our gutters are bronze color. The owner came out to our house and said he would be back to fix our issues, and he never came back. We have called him for over a month and he gave excuses for 2 weeks and now does not return our calls. He is the type of owner you cannot trust to use the right parts and if you have issues with installation or products he will not come back to fix.

Don’t trust these guys! First put a gutter with a seam and blamed a rock in the machine causing him to mess up the gutter... Came back a few days latter to finish the job but said he could only fix the seam not the rest of the job. Then leaves a 20 foot section of gutter trash in my driveway? Did the gutter in the front and just left the back and I have no time to call anyone else before my appraisal. Won’t answer callls or text after being promised they just needed a day or two to come back. If you are getting an appraisal, selling your home or just want the job done in a timely manner do not call this Top Tier! Dishonest, wasted 2 weeks of my time and poor quality work!

To look at the gutters, they look very nice. However, Top Tier installed downspouts where they weren't previously thus causing flower beds to flood and water to pool near foundation. Also, to make the downspouts "fit" into the black drainage pipes we had around the house, they slit the bottom of the pipe and then crumpled the downspout to fit it in. This caused even more water pouring out near our foundation,. I called Top Tier and texted at least 9 itmes to come out to service, but never heard back from them. I also had my builder contact them several times. We ended up having to pay someone else to correct the issues. I would never recommend Top Tier.

Nathan and crew did a fantastic job installing the gutters around my entire home. Looks great and works great!
