Prolific installed an island with drawers in the main bath and custom made a cabinet for the beverage fridge in the great room. Both exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the results! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. The staff is easy to work with and Brian especially was exceptional at providing great customer service. The entire team from the boss to the installers very professional and worked hard to be flexible and find what we needed for our remodeling project. Beautiful vanity was provided for our new master bath. They communicated effectively, met deadlines, were flexible, positive, and whenever we visited were hospitable and treated us like family. Beware - the contract says that they only have to do 95% of the work and will have to be paid in full. They never finished the job and we had to pay a handyman to finish their job.
There was no communication between workers and the project took much longer than expected.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Very unfortunate. Do not use this company. They start out making all sorts of promises. But as time goes on nothing but delays and disappointments. The materials were all in early and they just sat because no one ever showed up for work. We constantly had to chase someone from Prolific down to find out where the workers were. Communication was awful. They avoided our calls and wouldnt respond to emails or return phone calls. Made threats if we didnt pay job would be delayed. Even when we paid for their mistakes job was still delayed. How unfortunate. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had my kitchen and master bath remodeled by Prolific Cabinetry and I'm in love! They have many material selections in their showroom to choose from. This allowed my husband and I, with busy schedules, not to have to run all around Jacksonville to find what we liked. Big time saver! After meeting the owner of Prolific Jack, he introduced us to Bryan the Operations manager. Bryan sent us a schedule to follow from demo of our existing kitchen and bath to cabinet installation to the final walk thru. Halfway thru the project we had a family emergency and I was concerned it would not get done on time. Communication was key. I told Bryan my concerns and we were able to work it out. The project did get done on time! I met Cary their project manager a few times at our home. He was very knowledgeable. Our designer Haley has been designing for some time and had a lot of ideas where I was absolutely lost. I'm so happy we found Prolific! Can't wait to start our Outdoor Kitchen next Thank you to the entire Prolific team!!
