1-800-GOT-JUNK? Jacksonville

Went to the website today and scheduled a pickup, same day. Mariah and MJ were very professional, great attitudes, worked their buts off, and even swept and hauled away a whole bunch of leaves that had gathered in my driveway where the junk they picked up was placed without being asked. Blew my mind. I'm a customer for life! Thanks for the fast and great service, 5 Stars easy!

Did not call, did not show. I have been sitting at home waiting on them with my phone in my hand. I called customer service and they said that the team states that they both called and came by. I verified that they do have the correct phone number and address, so that is just not possible. Cannot recommend.

We are currently moving and realized we had a lot of junk being stored in our garage. I was very happy that they were able to come out on the same day I called!!! The 2 guys were quick and professional and gave great information on how to dispose of chemicals properly. We will definitely be calling them again for any other junk we have... Thanks Adrian & J!!

I’d pretty much given up on writing good reviews for service business recently until now. Randy and the team at 1800 got junk were exceptional. From the nice quick and easy phone call to book them, (I didn’t have to repeat myself a hundred times) to the updates on times from Randy. It was so refreshing to have a company not only offer the service I paid for but do it well and professionally.
