Flowers by Elaine

Complained about a bouquet I received from "Flowers by Kari'. Flower heads started falling off first day. Was promised replacement next business day. Flowers never came. Called again. Owner gave personal excuses why they weren't delivered; promised next day. Next day---they never came. Don't waste your time, money or breath with this company. Very unprofessional. Flowers didn't last one week.

I placed an order with Elaine this morning and everything seemed okay until I asked her to repeat the order back to me to confirm the information. She had the credit card number wrong, street address wrong, and the note on the card wrong. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to about the order because I wasn't comfortable that all the information was correct. She told me they wouldn't be taking my order and to call someone else. I am so glad I asked them to confirm everything or my order would have been incorrect and not delivered to the right address. Please confirm all information on all orders placed here.

I recently received roses from my boyfriend as a special surprise. Unfortunately after 2 days the roses drooped. One phone call and Flowers by Elaine dropped off a new bouquet and disposed of the old ones. Thank you to them for the great customer service.
